The County of Sonoma is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for As-Needed Graphic Design Services. The as-needed work may include, but is not limited to, Graphic Design (Mapping, Digital rendering, Other renderings, Technical illustrations, Digital animations, 3D modeling), Printed Material (Print Design), Exhibitions (Development, Design), Signage, Project Collateral (Banners, Brochures, Posters, Presentation, Cards, Promotional items), Production (Photography, Photo post-production, Videography, Film editing, Film production, Radio script, and voiceover).
The objective is to issue two separate Blanket Purchase Order agreements. One agreement will be issued for regular non-disaster usage and will include a local preference in the evaluation scoring. The second agreement will be for disaster usage only and, in compliance with Federal procurement guidelines for Local Agencies, will not include a local preference in the evaluation scoring. Bidders will have the option to submit their proposal to be considered for the regular BPO, the disaster BPO or both. The County reserves the right and intends to award multiple agreements.
Suppliers who can demonstrate experience, expertise, and quality of work may be awarded a Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) agreement for a term of one year with the option to extend for four (4) additional one year periods. There is no guarantee that a Contractor who has been awarded a BPO agreement will be awarded any work.
