Reverend Patricia Philippe is an ordained interspiritual/interfaith minister through the One Spirit Interfaith Seminary in New York City. She is also an Amherst Writers & Artists Affiliate certified to lead writing workshops in the AWA Method developed by Pat Schneider. After a 20+ year career in healthcare and non-profit marketing for Mount Sinai Health System, the Visiting Nurse Service of New York and Healthfirst among other organizations, she allowed life circumstances and intuition to guide her down a new path.
In 2014, Rev. Patricia trained as a Holistic Health Coach and offered intuitive wellness consultations and support for women to make small lifestyle changes that improved their health and well-being. While working with coaching clients, she discovered a knack for tapping into their true feelings and offering meditations, creative exercises and rituals to support their wholeness. After some time, Rev. Patricia realized she needed more training to support people spiritually. Because her true passion is helping individuals to find and shine their light in the world.
Rev. Patricia currently leads spiritual retreats, writing workshops, and meditative drawing sessions that support women to listen inside and connect more deeply with their inner wisdom. Described by participants as a tool for discovery, awakening and healing, Writing As a Spiritual Practice is one of the flagship workshops she offers to individuals as well as women's groups who hire her to offer custom workshops. There are also calm and peaceful BIPOC gatherings for breathing, contemplation and writing.
