Gather in community for an hour of meditative exercises, drawing and journaling to explore your inner life. Open yourself to the insights that can come from drawing your thoughts and feelings.
Each session starts with a meditation and a free write. Then you'll enjoy a relaxing soundtrack curated to move you into an open and receptive state of mind. Using the music as inspiration, you will draw and allow the shapes to emerge effortlessly. To integrate the experience, we will continue writing then share reflections.
