Aisha Doris is a nonprofit professional and mommy blogger in Queens, New York. She is the founder of Life Givers International (LGI), a nonprofit organization, that works to empower marginalized populations around the world, specifically women and girls, to reach their full potential. LGI has worked with and supported efforts in India, Thailand, Philippians, Singapore, Indonesia and in the United States. Aisha is also an empowerment speaker and women’s advocate, speaking at various domestic and international conferences including the women’s National Day of Prayer in Indonesia.
Aisha recently published her first children’s book entitled “Aisha The Great”. With several new books on the horizon, Aisha is passionate about inspiring the next generations of readers. She enjoys sharing the story with children around the world.
She holds a Master of Theology degree from Oral Roberts University Graduate School of Theology and Missions. She also holds a second Masters in Nonprofit Management and a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Sociology. Her career in international development has afforded her the opportunity to work for UNICEF, a United Nations organization, where she has traveled abroad and worked on developing programs that support adolescents in emergency settings.
