About Colleen

Strategic, successful and “human” Human Resources executive. Through skilled leadership and flexibility I have contributed to the expansion of entrepreneurial and complex organizations like iVillage, DraftFCB and Hogarth Worldwide.

My expertise lies in identifying talent and developing HR practices for companies in media, advertising and technology. My approach balances gravitas and humor and allows managers and employees to be themselves. 

My specialties are talent acquisition, employee relations, workforce planning and HR strategy for small to medium sized businesses and international companies starting operations in the US. In addition to practicing HR I am a writer and HR subject matter expert living in the heart of NYC.
