Co-led by Sue Ann Gleason (nourishment guide and advocate for self care and expression) and Cami Flake (videographer, lifestyle photographer, and visual storyteller), EAT. PLAY. SLEEP is a weekend of pampering, play, and GORGEOUS food in a magical setting: Mill Valley, California, November 7 & 8, 2015.
Our intention for this retreat is to spoil our participants with gorgeous food, rest and replenishment while giving them delicious tools for accessing beauty and making art in their day-to-day lives, so that the mini ‘me-cations’ (play dates) they bring back with them are every bit as restorative as the vacations they take once or twice a year.
The weekend will include two days of writing and art workshops with Cami and SueAnn, beginning Saturday morning at 9 AM and ending Sunday afternoon at 4 PM.
We'll explore beautifully crafted artful endeavors (photography, visual storytelling, art journals, collage) and playful writing exercises that stir the imagination and awaken the heart.
- On Saturday our workshops will be held both out of doors (picture walk) and inside the Mill Valley Inn.
- On Sunday we’ll meet at O’Hanlon Center for the Arts, a gorgeous space to meander about and create art.
- Meals include a Saturday evening dinner at El Paseo, a local, farm to table restaurant, and a catered lunch on Sunday afternoon. Exquisite.
- And you'll have time to explore Mill Valley on your own … or to nap.

About Sue Ann
Sue Ann Gleason is a nourishment guide and creative catalyst for entrepreneurs, artists, healers, and spirit-rich women.
A lover of words, a strong believer in the power of imagination and a champion for women who want to lead a more delicious, fully expressed life, Sue Ann leads ‘brave writing’ circles, Luscious Legacy Living Room Circles, and online programs to help women rewrite their nourishment scripts, in business … and in life.
Cami Flake is a videographer, lifestyle photographer and visual storyteller who's work is about movement, light, color … and heartfelt connections. Cami believes photography is about capturing the true essence of a person and an experience.
In her photography workshops, Cami likes to go beyond the technical capabilities of a camera and deeply consider the healing effects of a life seen. How can we slow down and look at ourselves, our lives, our environments, our perspectives and then process who we are and grow? These are my lofty goals and my inspiration for creating a storytelling experience through photography.
